Thank you for your interest in sharing your story with Hatching Results®, LLC!
Prior to submission, please review the following guidelines:
1. Your story should be written in the first person and should be about yourself or someone close to you.
2. Your story must be true. Speak from the heart with no fictional writing.
3. Only online submissions will be accepted. You may submit multiple stories but each story may be submitted only once.
4. Please submit only stories that have not been previously published. This does not apply to your personal blog, if applicable. Submission is an implied consent that your story can be published and/or that we can contact you for additional details.
5. You may withdraw your narrative at any time prior to publication.
6. Notification will be made upon receipt of your submission. Final selection for publication will be made by a team of reviewers. Authors of selected stories for possible inclusion in a new book will be notified and provided a release for signature. Authors of stories included in the new publication will receive a free copy of the book at the mailing address provided in this form.
7. It is our policy to keep your personal contact information strictly confidential. It will NOT be sold, traded, or used for any other purpose than to communicate with you regarding Hatching Results®, LLC social media and publication.

THE BACKGROUND: Describe your initial feelings and/or challenges encountered, if any, when you were first trained in using data in school counseling. When did you actually move to doing data-driven practices? What did you learn along the way? (Note: Maximum 500 words).
THE IMPLICATIONS: Describe where you are now. How has starting to use data in school counseling and/or using the 'Flashlight' approach changed your practice as a school counselor? What changes and overall impact have you observed in your school community, with staff, administration, and other stakeholders? How are students different as a result of what you do? Be specific and include data points whenever possible. (Note: Maximum 500 words).
